This company did not send my owner. I placed my order 04/13/2022. I began reaching out via instagram and Facebook messenger on 4/28/2022, requesting an update. It wasn’t until 06/19/022, the seller contacted me via instagram expressing his apologies and that he would not only refund my money but would send me the hula hoop. As this day, 12/03/2022, I have not had any communication with the owner, nor have I received my order or refund. Take my advice: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
